ATU Local 113 Members to Wear “Don’t Steal Our Subway” T-Shirts on the Job Again as part of a Day of Action including Canvassers at 40+ Subway Stations
TORONTO, ONTARIO – (March 26, 2019) – As part of a city-wide day of action organized by a coalition of transit advocates, ATU Local 113 members will wear “Don’t Steal Our Subway” t-shirts on the job again in support of canvassers at over 40 subway stations across Toronto to warn riders of the risks of privatization to the public transit system.
ATU Local 113 members will lead canvassing at 6 stations, alongside prominent labour, political, and environmental groups. A full list of stations can be found here.
