ATU Local 113 began the bargaining process with the TTC earlier this year.
Our goal was to obtain a new contract which would reflect the hard work of our members and the service they provide to Torontonians every single day.
We’re pleased that the TTC Board has confirmed this collective agreement is officially ratified and will take effect immediately through to 2026. The agreement was ratified with a 7-1 vote.
