ATU Local 113 member Tom Emery, Queensway operator, was recognized today at the TTC Board Meeting at Toronto City Hall for his quick thinking and professionalism. While on duty, Tom reported a house fire and assisted emergency services in locating the scene, helping ensure timely response and access to shelter for those affected – all while keeping his passengers and himself safe.
We commend Tom for his dedication and commitment to public safety.
