ATU Local 113 is proud to join other Toronto labour unions and workers from around the world for a virtual May Day rally at 5 pm on Friday, May 1st, 2020.
The International Day of the Worker, also known as May Day, is a holiday celebrated by hundreds of millions around the world in commemoration of the workers who died in the struggle for the eight hour work day. Last year, a historic rally of international workers’ solidarity took place with over 500 people in downtown Toronto. This year, the tradition continues online!
