ATU Local 113 has learned of a tragic incident that took place last night to one of our members. A transit operator has passed away following a non-work related act of violence.
Local 113 has been in contact with the family and they have asked that everyone please respect their privacy. We would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family.
There will be grief counsellors available at work locations for our members and other staff.
